As a Landscape Crew Member, you play a vital role in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. Your day-to-day tasks may include hardscape planting flowers, trees, and shrubs, as well as installing sod and mulch to enhance the overall appearance of a property. You’ll also be responsible for mowing lawns, trimming edges, and using leaf blowers to keep outdoor areas tidy.

OVERVIEW
Job Description:
- Mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and watering various types of landscaping areas
- Assists in adequately loading tools and equipment as directed
- Maintains a neat and safe work site
- Digging, planting, raking, watering, and cleaning up landscapes
- Load and unload heavy equipment and planting materials from trucks
- Other essential landscaping duties as needed
NEEDED ATTRIBUTES
Be able to reach overhead. Be able to work in various positions, including but not limited to stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling, and squatting for extended periods. Can lift, pull, and push materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks. Be able to lift 50 pounds of weight frequently throughout the assigned workday. Works well with team in a respectful manner.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Regularly lift and move up to 10 pounds with proper lifting techniques and occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Valid NC driver’s license with 3+ years of safe driving experience preferred but not required
- Works well with team in a respectful manner
